When my partner researched a book on executive resumes, she was surprised that hiring decision-makers don’t find listings of soft skills very credible. Yes, they are important, but to make them more credible, attach them to accomplishments. Something like this:
Demonstrated strong interpersonal skills by [insert accomplishment here].
